Birth Preparation:

  • Prenatal appointment to discuss your birth vision, fears, preferences, and prayers for your baby’s arrival.

  • We build a birth plan that reflects your values and aligns with evidence based care practices.

  • Advocacy support to help you understand your options and make informed decisions.

  • Available on-call from 37 weeks until your baby is born.

  • Text or call any time throughout your pregnancy if you need reassurance, questions answered, or guidance.

Once Labor Begins:

  • I join you at your home or birth space whenever you’re in labor and feel ready for me.

  • Physical comfort: counter pressure, positioning, touch, light massage, heat/ice, breathing guidance.

  • Emotional support: calm presence, encouragement, verbal affirmations, scripture and prayer if desired.

  • Partner support: helping your partner feel confident and included, giving them the tools they need to support you well throughout every stage of labor.

  • Faith-based encouragement

  • Birth photography if desired, 15-30 raw, in the moment birth photos whenever I can fit them in, just for the family.

Postpartum Support:

  • Assistance with the first feeding

  • Helping you settle in, ensuring you feel safe and supported

  • Debriefing your birth experience with love and clarity

  • Postpartum visit approximately 1 to 2 weeks after birth to check in on physical and emotional healing. This includes light breastfeeding support, a postpartum meal delivered, talking through your birth story, and any lingering questions answered.

Extended Support:

  • For questions, reassurance, and emotional support, you can call or text me any time - up to 6 weeks postpartum
